1. Who is responsible for your data
Yinx Real Estate, S.A.S. de C.V., with offices at Isabel la CatĂłlica #45, Suite 409, Centro HistĂłrico, Mexico City, C.P. 06000, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. We operate under the eXp Realty Riviera Maya brand.

2. What data we collect
What you give us directly, when you complete a form on our website or campaign pages, message us on WhatsApp, call us, or book an appointment:
- Full name
- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Country and city of residence
- Budget or available capital, purpose of the transaction, and time horizon
- Previous real estate experience
- Any comments you choose to share with us
What is generated as you browse our site:
- The page you arrived from and the advertising campaign you came through
- IP address, device type, and browser
- The properties you view and those you save as favorites
What we will ask for only if you move forward with a transaction, because the transaction itself requires it: official identification, CURP, RFC (Mexican tax ID), proof of address, marital status, and, where applicable, banking details.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not ask for information about racial or ethnic origin, health, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference.
3. What we use your data for
Necessary purposes. Without these we cannot assist you:
- Contact you and respond to your request
- Understand what you are looking for and present properties or options that match your profile
- Schedule and follow up on appointments, viewings, and advisory sessions
- Accompany you through a purchase, sale, or lease, including coordination with notaries, developers, owners, and financial institutions
- Prepare and formalize the contracts the transaction requires
- Comply with our legal, tax, and contractual obligations
Additional purposes. You may decline these without affecting the service we provide:
- Send you new listings, market information, and content from our blog
- Invite you to events, webinars, and project presentations
- Measure and improve the performance of our website and our campaigns
To decline the additional purposes, write to omar.chavez@expmexico.mx at any time with the subject line "No additional purposes", or use the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
4. Who we share your data with
Providers acting on our behalf. We use customer management, automation, messaging, email, and storage platforms that we contract, which may host the information on servers located outside Mexico, including the United States. These providers process your data solely under our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
Automated assistance. Part of the initial response to your messages may be handled by an automated assistant operating on our information. You may ask to be assisted by a person at any time.
Third parties we share your data with when your transaction requires it:
- eXp Realty and the group entities we operate with, to provide continuity of service and of your transaction
- Notaries public, legal advisors, and appraisers
- Developers and owners of the properties you are interested in
- Financial and mortgage institutions, when you ask us to
- Competent authorities, when required by law
By accepting this notice you consent to these transfers. Transfers required by law or by a competent authority do not require your consent.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
5. Your ARCO rights
You may request at any time Access to your personal data, its Rectification when it is inaccurate or incomplete, its Cancellation when you consider it is not required for any of the purposes in this notice, or state your Opposition to its use for specific purposes.
Send your request to omar.chavez@expmexico.mx or to our offices, including:
- Your name and a means of communicating our response to you
- A copy of official identification proving your identity, or that of your legal representative, together with the document proving such representation
- A clear description of the data concerned and which of the four rights you wish to exercise
- Any element or document that helps us locate your data
We will respond within a maximum of twenty business days and, where the request is well founded, we will act on it within the following fifteen business days. Exercising these rights is free of charge; you will only cover shipping or reproduction costs where applicable.
6. Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw the consent you gave us for the processing of your data at any time, through the same channel described above. Please note that in some cases we may not be able to act on the withdrawal immediately due to legal obligations, and that withdrawing it may mean we can no longer provide you with the service.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your language preference, understand how the site is navigated, and measure the results of our advertising campaigns. You can disable them in your browser settings; some site features may stop working correctly if you do.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services, our practices, or applicable law. Any change will be published on this same page, with the last updated date at the top. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
9. Authority
If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may turn to Mexico's SecretarĂa AnticorrupciĂłn y Buen Gobierno, or to the authority that replaces it in this matter.
